Facilities Manager (Fixed Term Contract) – WSP (UK & Ireland)
Join us as a Facilities Manager (Fixed Term Contract) s role reports directly to the Head of Facilities Management for the UK and oversees the operational delivery of our flagship head office in central London. The position is a 6‑month fixed term role.

What It Looks LikeSupporting and reporting directly to the Head of FM, the role will support on wider strategic FM projects and enable best‑in‑class service delivery. You will manage the FM team on site, liaise with multiple stakeholders, and work closely with the TFM provider to enhance FM delivery nationally. You may support new fit‑out projects and dive into supply‑chain management on a contractual basis.
Responsibilities- Oversee operational delivery of our flagship head office in central London.
- Deliver best‑in‑class FM service delivery.
- Support FM team on site and engage with customers.
- Work closely with the TFM provider to enhance FM delivery on a national basis.
- Support the project team on new fit‑out projects.
- Dive into supply‑chain management on a contractual basis.
- Ensure statutory compliance, sustainability, lifecycle and asset management.
- Manage CAFM and helpdesk.
- Strong facilities management experience.
- Knowledge of PPM management.
- Experience with CAFM management.
- Knowledge of ISO
14001 & ISO
27001. - Business continuity planning and management.
- IOSH Managing Safely.
- Purchase order and invoice management.
- CDM knowledge.
- Supplier management.
