A fast growing global innovation consultancy supporting organisations in securing funding, tax incentives and strategic support for research, technology and sustainability initiatives. With a strong international footprint and a mission to drive positive economic and environmental impact, the business is expanding rapidly in the UK and now seeks a commercial leader to shape the next phase of growth.

• Lead and execute the UK sales strategy to drive revenue and market expansion.
• Manage, mentor and motivate a high performing sales team.
• Win high value accounts through senior level engagement with CEOs, CFOs and Innovation leaders.
• Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and partnership development.
• Ensure CRM accuracy to support forecasting and commercial decision making.

• Extensive R&D knowledge & experience
• Extensive commercial leadership experience in consultancy, B2B services or innovation related finance fields
• Proven experience managing and developing successful sales teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence C-suite decision makers.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Highly proactive, driven, persistent and comfortable in a target led environment.
