The Role
As a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead our sales team to achieve ambitious revenue targets while fostering a high-performance culture. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and driving the overall sales process.

Team Structure:
You will report directly to the Director of Sales and work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills, along with a proven track record in sales management.
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years in a managerial role
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
