Are you passionate about leading change and making a real impact? The Control Projects programme is revolutionising our Control Rooms through innovative processes, cutting‑edge technology, and new ways of working.

We’re looking for two dynamic Business Change Managers to lead this exciting transformation – one specifically for the Control Projects programme and the other for the Cyber Project.

What You’ll Do
  • Prepare our colleagues, leaders, and operational teams for upcoming changes to systems, locations, and processes.
  • Ensure changes are well understood, smoothly embedded, and sustainably maintained.
  • Deliver a fully prepared workforce ready to embrace new systems and ways of working.
  • Drive improvements in operational performance through embedded process changes.
  • Enhance colleague engagement and experience throughout the transformation journey.
  • Ensure the successful adoption of programme outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Change Strategy and Plans
  • Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Assess Change Impact and Readiness
  • Lead Communications and Engagement efforts
  • Oversee Training and Capability Development
  • Support Implementation and Embedding of changes
  • Maintain Governance and Reporting standards

This role is based at our offices in Warwick and can be combined with hybrid working from home.

About You Essential
  • Proven experience delivering change management in complex, multi‑disciplinary environments.
  • Experience in organisational, technology or operational transformation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to lead impact analysis, readiness assessments and structured change interventions.
  • Experience designing and delivering change‑related communications and engagement activity.
Desirable
  • Recognised change management certification
  • Knowledge of operational control room structure and processes or cyber controls.
  • Experience working in regulated, safety‑critical or 24/7 operational environments.
