🔑 About The JobThis is a highly visible, strategic finance role where you’ll act as a trusted partner to senior leaders across the business. You’ll work closely with the Group CMO and Product leadership, while also supporting decision-making across Omaze more broadly.
Blending commercial insight, planning and forecasting, and performance management, you’ll help shape key business decisions and ensure investment choices are data-led, disciplined and aligned to our growth ambitions. You’ll be comfortable both influencing strategy and rolling up your sleeves to get into the detail.
🔧 What You’ll Be DoingPartner directly with the Group CMO and the VPs of Product and Growth to own and evolve the rolling sales and marketing plans across all territories
Lead the development of robust processes to evaluate investment decisions and measure ROI, particularly across customer, commercial and marketing activity
Provide clear, actionable commercial insight to support key strategic and operational decisions
Drive improvements in financial control and decision-making alongside senior stakeholders
Support and constructively challenge senior leaders to ensure the best outcomes for the business
Play a key role in major commercial decisions, bringing rigour, insight and perspective
Contribute to the evolution of the finance function as the business scales, with potential to lead and develop others over time
A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA ideally) with at least 8 years’ experience in industry within business partnering or FP&A roles
Alternatively, 10+ years’ industry experience in a similar commercial finance role if not qualified
Proven experience working in high-growth, consumer-facing businesses
Strong ability to build relationships, influence senior stakeholders and confidently provide challenge, with clear examples of having done so
Comfortable adapting quickly, getting hands-on and thriving in a fast-paced environment
Experience leading people is beneficial, though not essential initially
Pragmatic, highly detail-oriented and confident challenging senior stakeholders in the best interests of the business
