Overview
Company Advisory & Interim Management:
Working closely with management teams to quickly stabilise crisis situations, protect their position and that of other investors, and deliver optimal outcomes. Our hands‑on approach addresses challenges quickly – allowing us to turn around companies who are facing financial and operational challenges through a range of levers that support short‑term and long‑term ambitions for organisations. Creditor Advisory:
We rapidly assess situations, working closely with creditors and borrowers to review performance and develop strategies to protect creditor positions and deliver optimal outcomes in the most stressed and distressed situations. Contingency Planning & Insolvency:
We preserve value by implementing solutions using formal UK and international restructuring tools.
- Build, review and maintain short‑term cash flow models
- Formulate, review and analyse business plans and financial forecasts
- Support Chief Restructuring Officer roles
- Lead balance sheet restructurings
- Conduct options analysis
- Plan contingencies
- Manage Schemes of Arrangements / Restructuring Plans
- Oversee Trading Administrations
- Handle insolvency case management and progression
- Deliver independent business reviews
- Drive distressed sales
- Facilitate Company Voluntary Arrangements (CVAs)
- Hands‑on project management experience in restructuring, gained in advisory, consulting, private equity, banking or industry
- University degree or relevant programme experience, ideally with a postgraduate qualification (e.g., ACA/ACCA)
- Demonstrable experience in financial turnaround programmes, cash and working capital management, and strong financial analysis and modelling skills
- Track record of consistently delivering high‑value work to meet client needs
- Experience supervising other professionals and motivating teams
- Strong interpersonal skills, including clear direction, coaching, and capitalising on team strengths
- Systematic approach to quickly and logically identify key issues and formulate appropriate solutions
- Advanced written communication skills and ability to prepare clear analysis and presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Ability to build relationships with clients and peers
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an asset
- Willingness to work outside normal business hours when required
- Ability to work full‑time in office and remote environments
