- Lead and execute the UK sales strategy to drive revenue and market expansion.
- Manage, mentor and motivate a high-performing sales team.
- Win high-value accounts through senior-level engagement with CEOs, CFOs and Innovation leaders.
- Build a strong pipeline through proactive prospecting and partnership development.
- Ensure CRM accuracy to support forecasting and commercial decision-making.
- Extensive R&D knowledge & experience.
- Extensive commercial leadership experience in consultancy, B2B services or innovation-related finance fields.
- Proven experience managing and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence C-suite decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Highly proactive, driven, persistent and comfortable in a target-led environment.
