The Delivery Channel Commercial Manager, will play an instrumental role to Costa’s UK&I continued growth plan and is responsible for accelerating our commercial success within the emerging Delivery channel (e.g. , Uber Eats etc) by acting as the UK market P&L owner, responsible for rapidly expanding our presence and returns through this growing channel.

- Lead and own the Delivery channel commercial success in the market, implementing winning commercial initiatives to accelerate our growth ambition
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and delivery partners (e.g., Uber Eats, Deliveroo) to expand channel presence, improve our customer experience, and optimise commercial performance.
- Manage and optimise the Delivery product range, pricing strategy, and promotional approach using data‑led insights to accelerate sales and profitability.
- Champion the delivery channel internally (x-functional, senior leadership, store teams etc) and externally with partners/franchisees, sharing best practice initiatives to maximise commercial returns
It’syour unique ingredients we’reinterested in:
- Demonstrable experience from QSR, Grocery or Hospitality sectors with hands‑on delivery channel and aggregator partnership expertise.
- Strong expertise in delivery channels, with deep understanding of e‑commerce and digital consumer behaviours.
- Proven commercial acumen, including experience managing and optimising a P&L within a fast‑growing environment.
- Willingness to roll your sleeves up and help drive tactical initiatives as well as taking a step back and thinking big picture & future focused
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage and inspire cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to challenge the status quo, use data‑driven insights to make decisions, and lead initiatives that drive commercial growth.
Right now, our Support Centre teams work flexibly, blending home working with in‑person time whenever it matters most – whether that’s a team moment, a creative session, or simply coming together to share ideas.
We’re excited to be moving into anew home for our brand in St Albans in January 2027 – an inspiring space from which our Support Centre teams will work three days a week to connect and collaborate in‑person to bring our bold ambition to life.
