We are seeking a commercially driven and strategically focused Head of Projects to lead all non‑lifecycle, billable and minor works across the HMRC West estate
, supporting the operational environment of HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).

As Head of Projects, you will own the planning, governance and delivery of all billable and minor works across a complex, multi‑site Facilities Management contract.

Responsibility will include overseeing the Works Programme Manager and Supply Chain Lead, ensuring:

• Strong commercial control
• Effective project governance
• Accurate revenue capture
• Operational feasibility and alignment
• Compliance with Health & Safety and statutory standards

This role acts as the commercial bridge between operational, finance and commercial teams, ensuring revenue realisation and cost recovery are maximised without compromising service excellence.

• Lead the planning, approval and delivery of all non‑lifecycle, billable and minor works projects.
• Own the end‑to‑end revenue process, ensuring all works are properly scoped, approved, captured and invoiced accurately.
