• Conduct 1:1 discovery calls with qualified leads to understand their goals, challenges, and readiness for transformation.
• Confidently communicate the value of our high‑ticket programmes and events.
• Use established, proven marketing systems to connect with future leaders who are seeking growth and change.
• Track conversations and updates in your CRM system.
• Actively develop your own leadership and personal growth through premium courses, live events, and structured training.
• Participate in a supportive, global team focused on mindset, leadership, and a can‑do attitude.

Your Background

• Previous experience in consultative sales, coaching, leadership development or personal development
• Experience building relationships and supporting people through transformation
• Confidence with AI and CRM systems
