Corporate Travel Team Leader - Pharma Team:
We’re looking for an experienced Corporate Travel Team Leader to lead this new team working with Pharmaceutical accounts, using Native Sabre from a TMC background to work within a well-established UK travel management team. Remote based, paying £50-53K

Corporate Travel Team Leader - Pharma Team, Responsibilities:

Lead and support a globally dispersed team with daily line and performance management

Ensure all team members consistently follow processes and standards operating procedures

To act as the primary point of contact for both client and internal escalations

Conduct regular team and individual one to one meetings

Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for Healthcare professionals inline with industry regulations

Corporate Travel Team Leader - Pharma Team,

Skills Required:

Varied role that requires a Team Lead with strong leadership skills who can influence, mentor and guide a team

Previous background within a TMC as a Team Leader or Supervisor, working experience specifically on Pharma Accounts required

Native Sabre experience, with an understanding of re-issues, exchanges and changes.

Strong understanding of corporate and Pharma travel policy and compliance

Detail-driven, organised and process-focused

A collaborative team player with a strong client service mindset

Additional Information:

£50,000–£53,000 salary (DOE)

Remote based role
