Job Description

We're looking for a Digital Construction Manager (BIM Manager) to join our United Utilities Team.

Location:

Warrington, Blackburn, Manchester – some remote working available.

Hours:

40 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.

Are you passionate about transforming traditional construction through digital innovation? We're seeking a talented Digital Construction Manager to drive excellence in our projects by implementing cutting‑edge digital tools and ensuring information management best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and implement ISO 19650 information management processes across projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Support project teams with digital tools, workflows, and best practices to enhance collaboration and efficiency.
  • Monitor software utilisation and maturity, helping teams embrace new technologies.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and supply chain partners to drive digital adoption.
  • Provide mentoring and leadership to Digital Construction Coordinators.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Strong understanding of ISO 19650 and experience with BIM processes.
  • Enthusiastic about using new technologies to improve traditional construction methods.
  • Enjoy sharing knowledge and nurturing others' development.
  • Transferable skills are welcome; suitable candidates need not tick every box.
