Salary: £55,000 per annum

An established charity‑led care provider is seeking a hands‑on Registered Manager to lead a sizeable respite service supporting unpaid carers across Surrey. The service is rated "Good" by CQC and delivers 1,400–1,600 care hours per week.

• Oversee day‑to‑day running of the service as CQC Registered Manager
• Lead 2 Senior Managers, a Contract Manager, and a team of around 65 staff
• Manage compliance, safeguarding, rotas, and scheduling
• Report directly to the CEO
• Drive service growth and stakeholder relationships

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager
• Level 5 in Leadership & Management (Adults) or working towards
• Strong CQC, compliance, and safeguarding knowledge
• Confident leader, motivated, transparent, and team‑focused
• Enhanced DBS
