Position: Project Manager - 12 month FTC

Overview

We’re looking for a driven and adaptable Project Manager to join our Corporate IT function, reporting directly to the Head of Corporate IT. This role is central to shaping and delivering medium‑to‑large‑scale projects that enhance operational effectiveness and support the company’s strategic goals. You’ll take ownership of initiatives that often begin with a degree of ambiguity, refining them into clear, actionable plans and guiding them through to successful delivery over a typical 6–12 month lifecycle.

Responsibilities

You will lead projects end‑to‑end—from initial planning through execution to operational handover—ensuring delivery is on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll manage resources, finances, risks, and stakeholder relationships, while producing clear reporting and maintaining robust governance throughout. Working cross‑functionally and, where required, with third‑party vendors, you’ll play a key role in driving change, supporting continuous improvement, and mentoring others within the project management community.

What

skills & experience do I need to be successful?
  • Proven track record in successfully delivering medium‑to‑large IT projects;
  • Experience working with IT vendors, building successful partnerships, and assuring IT change;
  • Experience of managing stakeholders across all levels within IT and the business;
  • Proven experience in assessing the feasibility of projects and executing the planning and approval process of small‑to‑medium‑scale projects;
  • Knowledge/experience of waterfall or agile based methodologies.
What sets us apart?
  • Global impact with offices in the UK, US, and Australia and plans for further expansion.
  • Flexible workingwork from anywhere in the world for up to 30 days a year, prioritising work‑life balance.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion – celebrating a diverse culture and valuing individuals regardless of background, disability, religion, gender identity, sexuality, or ethnicity.
What does hybrid working mean to us?

Hybrid working typically means two days in the office location listed in this advert and three days working at home each week. Some occasional travel to our other offices may be required.

What happens next?

Once we receive your application, it will be reviewed by a human. The average process typically takes around 2–3 weeks, with two stages of video interviews using Teams. This can vary depending on the role. We may invite you for a face‑to‑face meeting or require only one video interview. If you have any questions or need support, our Recruitment Team is here to assist you.
