Interim Procurement Manager — £400-£500 per day inside IR35
• 1 month contract
• Based in Lancashire
• 4 days onsite, 1 day working from home

Role

We’re supporting a major utilities programme seeking an experienced Interim Procurement Manager to support delivery across the North West. This role requires a hands-on procurement professional with a strong background in subcontract and materials procurement, ideally within large-scale infrastructure or utilities environments.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end sourcing activity for subcontract packages and materials.
Engage with and negotiate with Tier 1 suppliers/contractors.
Ensure commercial value and support programme delivery.

Essential Qualifications

Proven experience in procurement of subcontract packages and materials.
Strong experience engaging and negotiating with Tier 1 contractors.
