Role Overview

Senior Account Manager - London

• Manage strategically important clients and day‑to‑day demands for a high‑profile social media account portfolio.
• Lead campaign strategy and social execution for multi‑million pound budgets, working closely with a Senior Account Director.
• Coordinate production, research, strategy, creative, and editorial teams to deliver measurable impact and meet client expectations.
• Identify growth opportunities with existing accounts and turn them into new briefs.
• Ensure all activities comply with sign‑off processes and deliver client‑report presentations.
• Present confidently on camera and manage independent shoots.

• Proven experience in always‑on social strategy and content production.
• Strong track record in coordinating campaigns to timeline and budget with high delivery standards.
• Experience managing large budgets and working with senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrable social expertise, knowledge of trends and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present to clients.
• Accountability, solutions‑driven, and proactive in managing escalations.
