The Role:

• Support and coordinate finance digitization and various other initiatives across the group.
• Support business units in optimizing processes efficiently through outsourced service providers.
• Prepare board-level reports for compliance and exception reporting.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to contribute to strategic financial decision making and optimization of organizational performance.

The Person:

• Be a member of CA Sri Lanka/CIMA/ACCA or Degree holder in Commerce / Business Management / Finance from a reputed university.
• Have minimum of 8 - 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
• Prior experience in Project Management, business process re-engineering, transitioning of client services will be an advantage.
• Experience working with reputed ERP systems. Working knowledge of Oracle and HFM is preferred.
• The person needs to have good interpersonal skills, presentation and language skills.
• Ability and willingness to work based on client calendar and working hours.
• Fluency in English both written and verbal.
