Job Reference:

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO ensures the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high-performance culture across all departments.

• Operational Leadership & Management:
  Oversee Daily Operations, Process Optimization, and Risk Management.
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
  Translate the CEO's long-term vision into actionable plans, monitor KPIs, and recommend corrective actions.
• Financial & Resource Stewardship:
  Collaborate with CFO on budgeting, control expenses, and allocate internal resources effectively.
• Talent & Culture Development:
  Mentor and guide senior leadership, champion core values, and drive employee engagement and retention.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 4+ years of progressive leadership in operations scaling.
• Leadership:
  Proven ability to mentor senior management and lead large teams.
• Process Knowledge:
  Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and strategic planning frameworks.
• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Certifications:
  
  Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or similar highly beneficial.

• Strategic Impact:
  Influencing and executing core business strategy alongside CEO and Board.
• Executive Leadership:
  Lead and mentor a high-caliber team across all operational units.
