We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions of the business. Reporting to the CEO, the COO ensures the company executes its strategy efficiently, drives operational scalability, and maintains a high‑performance culture across all departments.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership & Management- Oversee daily operations across critical departments (Operations, HR, IT, etc.).
- Design, implement and monitor standardized procedures and workflows to maximize efficiency.
- Identify, evaluate and mitigate operational risks.
- Translate CEO's long‑term vision and strategic goals into actionable operational plans and departmental targets.
- Establish, track and analyze KPIs and metrics; report insights and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead initiatives to build infrastructure, technology, and organizational structure for sustainable growth.
- Collaborate with CFO to manage operating budget, control expenses and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
- Allocate internal resources (personnel, technology, capital) to support strategic projects and operations.
- Mentor department heads and senior leadership team to foster accountability and professional growth.
- Champion company values and support a high‑performance culture to drive employee engagement and retention.
Skills & Qualifications Experience & Executive Skills
- Minimum 4+ years of progressive leadership experience.
- Proven track record in scaling operations, driving efficiency, and managing complex cross‑departmental functions.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor senior management and lead large teams.
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) and strategic planning frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Relevant certifications (Executive Leadership, Strategic Management, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) highly beneficial.
- Strategic impact: influence and execute core business strategy alongside CEO and Board.
- Executive leadership: lead and mentor a high‑caliber operational team.
