Location: Travel in the south east, it is envisaged you will live in or around London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Suffolk, Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Milton Keynes, Surrey and surrounding areas.

• Manage a program of works for FOH or BOH fit‑outs in hospitality, restaurants or catering environments.
• liaise with contractors and oversee installations and building works.
• handle variations to specification and maintain snagging lists.
• oversee budgets and final financial costings.
• work from home with occasional on‑site visits and visits to HQ in Hertfordshire.

• Experienced Project Manager with background in hospitality fit‑outs, preferably bespoke projects rather than repetitive “same” projects.
• Experience in commercial office fit‑out or construction that incorporated kitchen or dining areas.
• Any building‑related Project Management background that has incorporated a food and beverage element.
