UBDS Group empowers organizations to implement digital transformations through innovative technology solutions. As a Senior Delivery Manager you will lead complex projects, manage multidisciplinary project teams, and drive strategic initiatives to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the planning and execution of large‑scale projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements, establishing clear success criteria.
- Develop and track project plans, milestones and deliverables, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs.
- Establish and enforce project management best practices, methodologies and governance to enhance efficiency.
- Foster relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing insights to support strategic goals.
- Mentor and guide project managers and team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, devising effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct post‑project evaluations to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project delivery, focusing on large‑scale technology projects.
- Proven success in delivering complex projects on time and within budget, particularly in cloud infrastructure, data intelligence, or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and drive change, demonstrating persistence in achieving project goals.
- Proficiency with project management tools and software.
- Preferred certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptive, able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
