Join Balfour Beatty on the pioneering Net Zero Teesside project
, integrating advanced carbon capture technology with a combined cycle gas-fired power station. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of our Temporary Site Services project and support the wider Net Zero Teesside initiative.

• Take full ownership of project delivery, ensuring safety, quality, and programme compliance.
• Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team and manage subcontractor integration.
• Maintain accurate site records and monitor progress against KPIs.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and resource allocation effectively.
• Drive Health, Safety & Environmental compliance and continuous improvement.

• Proven track record in managing operational delivery within construction.
• CSCS Card and SMSTS qualification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage complex workloads.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Experience in high‑profile projects and solution‑oriented problem solving.
