  • Acting as a technical referral point across a range of RTA claims (typically £25k-£125k)
  • Providing end‑to‑end support on litigated and non‑litigated matters
  • Conducting file reviews and ensuring strong governance, compliance and case progression
  • Coaching and mentoring team members to improve technical ability and performance
  • Managing KPIs, productivity and overall team delivery against objectives
  • Supporting performance management, including 1‑2‑1s and development plans
  • Identifying training needs and working with L&D to upskill the team
  • Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, engagement and high performance
  • Supporting wider operational strategy and business growth initiatives
What they’re looking for
  • Strong background in personal injury, particularly RTA and serious injury matters
  • Proven experience handling claims up to £125k in value
  • Experience supervising or mentoring fee earners (ideally Grade C level)
  • Confident managing performance, productivity and team KPIs
  • Strong technical knowledge across liability and quantum
  • Experience working with MI/data to drive performance improvements
  • Excellent communication, coaching and leadership skills
  • A proactive, organised and solutions‑focused approach
  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (desirable but not essential)
What’s on offer
  • Competitive salary between £49,600 - £62,000
  • Annual performance‑related bonus
  • Fully remote working with flexibility
  • Clear progression opportunities within a growing national practice
  • Private healthcare, pension and additional flexible benefits
  • Strong investment in training, development and career progression
  • A supportive, inclusive and high‑performing team environment
