Support the overall management and smooth operation of the Care Home. Ensure compliance with NMC standards, RQIA regulations, health & safety and other requirements. Build and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals. Provide clinical leadership, including medication administration, resident assessments, care planning, and nursing support. Monitor and audit care standards, risk assessments, documentation and regulatory compliance. Manage staffing, supervision, performance management, training and rotas.

Maintain accurate records, investigate incidents and complaints, and support inspections and quality improvement initiatives. Promote residents wellbeing, dignity, safety, and quality of life always. What were looking for
