We are is seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager to lead the delivery of facilities management services across a major retail account. This is a high-profile role requiring strong operational leadership, commercial awareness, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
Job DescriptionSupporting the Account Director, you will take ownership of account performance, ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality, compliant, and cost-effective FM services, with a particular focus on mobile operations across a multi-site retail estate.
Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end delivery of FM services across a large, multi-location retail portfolio
- Manage and optimise mobile engineering teams, ensuring service excellence and SLA compliance
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, building strong and trusted relationships at all levels
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency across the account
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Ensure full compliance with health & safety, statutory, and contractual obligations
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic objectives and enhance customer satisfaction
- Produce regular performance
- Proven experience as an Account Manager (or similar) within Facilities Management
- Demonstrable experience managing mobile operations delivery within a multi-site environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across client organisations
- Solid understanding of Hard FM services within a retail or fast-paced environment is desirable
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Knowledge or exposure to Electric Vehicle (EV) infrastructure or services (Desirable)
