Role DescriptionThis is a full-time Project Manager role based in Greater London with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence with some work from home. The Project Manager will oversee interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating site activities. Responsibilities include managing stakeholder communication, leading project meetings, monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring work complies with agreed designs, specifications, safety standards, and timelines.
The role involves coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to secure materials and resources, tracking project documentation, and providing regular status reports. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement by identifying process efficiencies and contributing to best practices in project delivery.
- Strong project delivery capabilities, including Project Management experience overseeing interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Experience with Expediting and working as an Expeditor to track orders, follow up with suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery of materials and equipment.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes, with the ability to perform or coordinate quality checks and ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Logistics Management skills to plan, organize, and optimize material flow, site deliveries, and resource allocation.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and risk, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with clients, design teams, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Proficiency with project management software and common productivity tools (e.g., MS Project or similar, spreadsheets, collaboration platforms).
- Experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related sectors; relevant professional certifications or a degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field are advantageous.
