Stratford, London. Agile (20-40% in office and 3-4 days working from home). Salary: £31,000 per annum.

Our Development team at L&Q is delivering a range of exciting new build housing development. As a graduate trainee, you will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the development process. You will build your skills in areas like financial modelling, planning, construction project management, stakeholder engagement and property handovers. More than that, you will be part of a team focused on creating places where communities can thrive and where homes, schools, parks and public spaces come together to support long-term, inclusive growth.

By the end of the training period, you will be expected to have:

• Completed the Level 4 Project Management qualification and APM PMQ exam
• Developed a strong understanding of the development sector.
• Contributed effectively to the team’s projects and objectives.
• Enhanced the organisation’s reputation by demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence and staff development.

We are looking for an ambitious graduate to join our busy Development team, based in London to train as a Project Manager. You will be involved in a wide variety of project management tasks within a development setting. You will work with internal and external professionals from across the development sector, developing technical expertise and gaining experience in project management.

You will be engaged in a challenging role from day one and be accountable for your area of responsibility whilst being supported by a project manager and line manager to guide and develop skills where required.

Strong organisation skills, excellent communication, and a clear understanding of first-class customer service are essential.

• A degree in a real estate discipline or similar is desirable, but a passion for development is more important, so we will consider any Bachelor’s degree.
• GCSE grade C/4 or above in English and maths (or equivalent)

We will support you to complete a Level 4 qualification in Project Management, with the opportunity to achieve the Association for Project Management (APM) PMQ.
