Wills Consultants are leading a retained search for a Global client seeking an exceptional Director of Channel Sales to lead and expand its international partner businessdriving performance, shaping strategy, and leading a critical shift to modern subscription (SaaS) models. This is a senior leadership role where youll combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution to unlock growth across global markets.

Competitive compensation with strong OTE potential What Youll Be Doing Lead and coach a high-performing sales / channel team Define and execute international channel sales strategies Drive the transition from perpetual licensing to subscription/SaaS models across markets Build, manage, and grow channel partner relationships globally Establish strong operational cadence (forecasting, pipeline, QBRs/MBRs) Use data and insights to inform decisions, improve performance, and identify growth opportunities Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and operations Support regional markets with tailored go-to-market strategies and execution plans
