Program / Project Manager, Client Relationship Manager
We're looking for a highly organized Account Manager with social agency experience who thrives on pace, volume, and deadlines. You will manage one of our largest organic social accounts, combining account and project management, coordinating resources, managing deadlines and workflows, handling client communications, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

- Serve as primary delivery contact, ensuring clear, proactive, and professional communication.
- Lead client status meetings focused on project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Partner with Account Leads to manage client expectations, providing transparent updates on risks, scope, and resource availability.
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of BAU and campaign projects, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and on budget.
- Translate client objectives into clear project scopes, briefs, and deliverables in collaboration with the Account Director.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines, aligning all stakeholders.
- Proactively identify risks, challenges, or scope creep and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Ensure all deliverables meet internal quality standards and client expectations before sign‑off.
- Manage project budgets, track time and resources to ensure cost efficiency and profitability.
- Work with internal teams to allocate resources effectively across projects.
- Collaborate closely with creative, social, paid media, and influencer teams to ensure smooth delivery across departments.
- Provide clear and consistent internal updates to keep teams aligned on priorities and progress.
- Share project management best practices with the wider team, championing efficient workflows and tools.
- Ensure consistent use of project management platforms and tools (Click Up), maintaining best practice across all projects.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in project delivery processes, helping to evolve how TSS works efficiently at scale.
- Maintain a broad understanding of multi‑channel marketing workflows (creative, social, influencer, paid, production) to effectively manage integrated projects.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar Project Management role.
- Well‑organised with a passion for seeing a plan come together.
- Working knowledge of the social media landscape and wider communications landscape.
- Strong interest in social media (experience not essential).
- Experience using tools such as Click Up for project and team management.
- Strong and clear communication skills, able to transmit information effectively.
We operate a hybrid model: team members come to the office three days a week and work from home two days a week, with the flexibility to adjust office days as desired.
