The Wise Group is looking for a Team Lead (Justice Services) who will manage a team delivering critical financial support across community and custodial settings. You’ll ensure high-quality service delivery while building strong relationships with stakeholders.
Ideal candidates will have experience in managing frontline teams, strong organisational and coaching skills, and be effective in a challenging environment. The role requires flexibility, with regular travel around Merseyside, Cheshire, Lancashire, and Cumbria.
