The Assistant Regional Head of Service
- Service Operations sits at the core of the London Regional Operations structure, reporting directly to the Regional Head of Service. This senior operational leadership position forms part of the regional senior leadership team and directly oversees frontline service delivery across key operational functions.

• Lead all operational teams delivering responsive repairs, voids, estates management, and associated services.
• Drive performance improvement through structured accountability, coaching, and daily operational oversight.
• Provide senior leadership during critical incidents, major service failures, and emergency operational responses.
• Ensure contractor productivity, operational compliance, and consistent delivery standards.
• Embed safe systems of work, particularly in High‑Risk Buildings (HRBs), ensuring alignment with building safety legislation.
• Support SLT reporting, operational insights, and strategic planning.

• Senior operational leadership experience in Property Services or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of repairs, voids, estates, and contractor management.
• Proven experience managing operational risk and performance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and decision‑making skills.
• Strong ability to influence, engage, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Valid UK driving licence (required for driving company vehicle).
