Construction Manager

Join Costa Coffee as a Construction Manager across the South, driving end‑to‑end store refresh and conversion projects that enhance customer experience and performance.

In this role you will lead projects from concept through delivery, delivering best‑in‑class environments on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

• Deliver all allocated projects & store programmes on time and to best‑in‑class standards.
• Ensure all stores meet industry standards to trade legally and safely.
• Manage Refresh programmes & end‑to‑end process, in line with project timelines.
• Manage KPIs for each project through strong programme management, ensuring stores meet all building regulations and requirements.
• Manage main contractors, QS & additional suppliers, and liaise with landlords, acquisition and estates managers.

• Project Management implementation experience and familiarity with PM tools.
• Commercially savvy, with experience of budget control.
• Understand the changing store environment and adapt priorities effectively.
• Ability to create and execute short‑ and long‑term plans with strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across the business.
• Must have experience in managing fast‑paced store development and re‑fit programmes.
