Asda is looking for an Online Manager to run the day‑to‑day online operations in store. The role involves keeping the team engaged, ensuring vans are on the road and customers are satisfied.

• Manage the online shrink agenda with a structured process and data‑led decisions.
• Validate picker and driver resources through effective rota planning to ensure picking accuracy and consistency.
• Plan and execute all trading activity on the shopfloor, delivering key metrics, KRAs and availability standards.
• Engage and coach the team to improve routine and process, fostering a culture of selling with personality and serving customers with pride.
• Respond to customer feedback and audits to create and execute effective action plans and drive best value offering across the online operation.
• Encourage resilience, ownership, focus and passion for the business, supporting team development and a valued, trusted environment.

• Experience as Team Leader, Supervisor or Manager in a complex online retail environment.
• Operational knowledge of online retail and experience improving availability, picking rate, waste reduction and shrink management.
• Experience developing teams, managing change through leadership and building resilience.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent customer service mindset.
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings.
