Anchor is looking for a Director of Leasehold Services to lead a full transformation of its leasehold portfolio across the UK. This role involves accountability for one of the largest leasehold portfolios and aims to improve communication, service quality, and resident satisfaction.
The successful candidate will design a modern operating model and deliver meaningful improvements in service delivery. This position is home-based with required travel to various sites as well as to the London and Bradford offices.
