As Accommodation Services Manager
, you will play a key role in supporting the hospital workforce by ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality accommodation. You will lead day-to-day operations, provide professional leadership, and drive compliance while maintaining a strong customer‑focused approach. With autonomy and accountability at the core of the role, you’ll use sound judgement and strong organisational skills to make a visible impact on service delivery and wider organisational objectives.

• Support the hospital workforce by ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality accommodation.
• Lead day‑to‑day operations and provide professional leadership.
• Drive compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
• Maintain a customer‑focused approach to service delivery.
• Use sound judgement and organisational skills to influence service improvements.
• Promote best practice in accommodation management and lead a small, dedicated team.

• A competitive salary that increases each 12 months until you reach the salary maximum.
