We are looking for a new role of Operational Resilience Manger to join our busy team at Head Office.

Following the successful probationary period, the applicant will be required to work on site in Stockport for at least 3 days per week and 2 days working from home.

The Role:

The right candidate will lead and embed the Societys operational resilience, business continuity and third-party risk management frameworks, ensuring the Society can identify, prevent, respond to and recover from operational disruptions in line with regulatory expectations and member needs. Skills and Experience:

The ideal candidate will have:

Experience with in financial services or regulated environment Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity and/or third-party risk management Experience working with external suppliers and managing or overseeing service providers Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risk and identify practical solutions Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills Organised and pragmatic, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams Package:
