Your Impact

As the Sales Engineering Manager for our Customer Growth segment, based out of our London office, you will play a key leadership role in building and scaling our presence globally. Our Customer Growth segment works with our 5,000+ existing customers to continually assess their needs, understand how we can help them achieve their goals, and expand their usage of Bob even further.

You will lead a team of Sales Engineers supporting a growing and strategically important segment, ensuring they are equipped to deliver compelling, value‑driven solutions to our customers. You will partner closely with global Account Management and Customer Success leadership to drive growth, develop talent, and establish HiBob as a trusted partner for each and every one of our customers.

About you
  • Proven experience leading and developing Sales Engineering or pre‑sales teams in a SaaS environment
  • Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and scaling high‑performing teams
  • Experience supporting upsell and cross‑sell motions to an existing customer base
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience partnering cross‑functionally and with senior stakeholders
  • A people‑first leadership approach, with a focus on development, engagement, and performance
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value

In This Role, You Will
  • Lead and Develop Talent:
    Build, coach, and manage a high‑performing team of Sales Engineers, supporting their professional growth and ensuring they consistently perform at a high level.
  • Drive Global Success:
    Partner with commercial leadership across all regions to align on strategy, support pipeline growth, and contribute directly to revenue outcomes.
  • Foster Cross‑Functional

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with Account Management, Customer Success, Professional Services, Product and Engineering to ensure alignment and continuous feedback loops from the field.
  • Build and Scale the Team:
    Recruit and onboard top Sales Engineering talent with a focus on cultural alignment.
  • Enable High‑Quality Execution:
    Ensure your team delivers impactful product demonstrations, technical discovery, and solution positioning that clearly articulate HiBob’s value.
  • Support Strategic Engagements:
    Act as an escalation point for complex customer situations, providing hands‑on support in key opportunities and helping move them forward effectively.
  • Develop Enablement Programs:
    Partner with internal stakeholders to design and deliver enablement initiatives that strengthen product knowledge, technical skills, and sales effectiveness.
  • Champion a Strong Team Culture:
    Create a collaborative, inclusive, and high‑performance environment aligned with HiBob’s values.
