PARTECH PARTNERS is seeking a Head of Customer Success for the EMEA region. In this leadership role, you will mentor and inspire a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance customer retention and expansion. You will drive customer growth by fostering deep relationships and identifying opportunities for customers to achieve their goals using our platform.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience in technology, strong commercial acumen, and excellent leadership skills. A remote working environment is offered to promote flexibility and collaboration.
