How

you will contribute
  • Leading clients in the design and delivery of solutions that are end‑user and outcome focused.
  • Lead a team of consultants producing high‑quality outputs, with a focus on the outcomes required by the client.
  • Inspire teams through managing, coaching, mentoring and motivating your colleagues.
  • Foster an inclusive, diverse and flexible environment where everyone can thrive.
  • Identify opportunities to collaborate across KPMG’s broader service lines to design integrated, client‑tailored solutions.
  • Lead bids, proposals and wider business development activities.
  • Operate within internal governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
  • Monitor emerging trends and industry developments, using insights to shape practical recommendations and develop thought leadership.
  • Act as a role model for an inclusive, collaborative culture aligned with KPMG’s values.
Key experience required
  • Experience leading and delivering complex infrastructure projects or programmes, either in consulting or industry.
  • Strong track record in project‑based delivery, leading teams across the sectors mentioned above.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) principles.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Evidence of high performance and career progression.
  • Experience in developing new opportunities and winning work through trusted client relationships and leading bids.
  • Confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with key project tools (e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Oracle, P6, PowerBI) and knowledge of other proprietary technologies welcome.
