Project Manager – Blue

Joinhoot and help shape creative mental health support across Kirklees.

Huddersfield, Kirklees

Work hours:

3.5 days per week (25 hours, 54 minutes)

Pay: SO1 point 23, £34,434 (pro rata £24,103.80) to SO1 point 25, £36,363 (pro rata £25,454.10)

Contract:

Fixed Term until 31 March 2029 with contract 2‑year extension to March 2031 pending Kirklees Council budget confirmations.

We are looking for an experienced, compassionate and creative Project Manager to lead our Out of the Blue (OOB) service – a community‑based creative health programme supporting adult mental health through participatory arts.

• Lead planning, coordination and development of a diverse creative programme.
• Work closely with artists, Creative Support Workers, participants, partners and commissioners to ensure the service delivers meaningful impact across Kirklees communities.
• Lead the service across North and South Kirklees, maintaining presence in the office to support the team and foster reflective practice.
• Visit other delivery sites across Kirklees as required.
• Accept occasional remote work depending on the charity’s needs and phases of delivery.
