Responsibilities- Shape and deliver Information Management and BIM strategies aligned to programme and project delivery requirements.
- Establish, lead and scale a project‑focused Information Management team, aligned to delivery milestones.
- Own core IM outputs including EIR, BEP, AIR and MIDP, ensuring they are proportionate, clear and deliverable.
- Integrate data flows across design, construction and supply chain partners, improving construction readiness and reducing rework.
- Act as a key interface across clients, partners and internal teams—ensuring information is treated as a critical delivery asset.
What you’ll bring
- A degree in engineering, construction, architecture or a related discipline (or equivalent experience), with further BIM or Information Management development advantageous.
- Strong experience delivering BIM and information management across large‑scale, regulated infrastructure or construction projects.
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650, BIM principles and Common Data Environments (e.g. ACC, Asite, SharePoint), applied pragmatically in live project environments.
- Experience leading teams and influencing across multidisciplinary functions, including design, delivery, commercial and supply chain.
We offer flexible and hybrid working, with the expectation to attend an RR‑SMR site as required to support collaboration, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.
Salary & BenefitsSalary: £60,000 – £78,750 (paid monthly). Bonus: performance‑related target opportunity 12.5%. Benefits include allowance of £2,200 per annum; pension: 12% employer, 6% employee; holidays: 28 days + public holidays, with option to buy/sell up to 4 days; private medical insurance – BUPA single cover; life assurance – 6x pensionable pay; one‑off payment for new starters for home office purchases.
