Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day delivery of the service and support your team
- Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders
- Manage budgets and oversee financial performance

- Experience in a managerial role within a similar service
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and support people in a personalised way
- Confidence liaising with partners and stakeholders
- Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel
- Confident using IT systems and experienced in supporting people with disabilities
