Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of the service and support your team
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders
  • Manage budgets and oversee financial performance
  • Effectively manage and market homes/voids
  • Recruit, develop and motivate your team to achieve great outcomes

Qualifications
  • Experience in a managerial role within a similar service
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly under pressure and support people in a personalised way
  • Confidence liaising with partners and stakeholders
  • Full valid driving licence and willingness to travel
  • Confident using IT systems and experienced in supporting people with disabilities
