The Role
As Head of Strategy, working within a current full company size of circa 100 employees, you will operate centrally to the organisation’s growth agenda. You will be responsible for facilitating strategic implementation, ensuring its successful delivery through clear prioritisation, structured transformation, and organisational alignment.
You will:
- Shape and refine the organisation’s medium- and long-term continuous change strategy alongside the CEO
- Translate strategic priorities into coherent, executable plans with clear accountability and measurable outcomes
- Lead company-wide transformation initiatives that deliver tangible commercial and operational impact
- Establish robust governance, delivery disciplines, and performance frameworks to ensure execution at pace
- Partner closely with the CTO and senior leaders to align technology, operations and strategy
- Drive organisational focus, ensuring resources are deployed against the highest-value priorities
Operating as a senior member of the “Heads of” team, this role will influence every part of the business. Success will be defined by your ability to bring clarity, pace and discipline to how the organisation executes, creating a business that is more scalable, more efficient, and better positioned to deliver long-term value.
You will play a critical role in building:
- A clearly defined and prioritised strategic roadmap
- A high-performing, aligned organisation capable of delivering complex change
- Modern, scalable systems and processes that underpin future growth
- A culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and execution excellence
You will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role and will bring continuous improvement credibility. You will comfortably work at a Heads of Team level whilst liaising with Executive team members and will operate with pragmatism and resilience required to see implementations and initiatives through to completion.
You will demonstrate:
- A strong track record of successfully implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to identify and unlock growth opportunities
- Experience operating across business and technology environments, ideally within scaling or tech-enabled organisations
- Exceptional stakeholder influencer, with the ability to challenge, align and mobilise senior leaders
- A disciplined, outcomes-focused approach, with a bias for action and delivery

Pension:

Hours:
