Job Description & How to Apply Below

Inta People is supporting a global technology and data-led organisation in the search for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a large-scale transformation and Go-To-Market delivery function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned project leader who has successfully navigated complex organisations and delivered business-critical initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups. You'll play a key role in driving strategic projects within a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, working closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver successful Go-To-Market outcomes.

With a new business case approved and significant investment underway, this role offers the opportunity to join a major programme at an exciting stage of its lifecycle. You'll be responsible for leading medium to large-scale projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring successful outcomes across scope, budget, timeline, quality, and business objectives.

Working closely with senior leadership and stakeholders across Product, Marketing, Operations, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams, you'll provide structure, governance, and strategic direction while navigating competing priorities, organisational change, and complex stakeholder landscapes.

You will need to demonstrate the following experience:

  • 5+ years' project management experience delivering complex, cross-functional programmes.
  • Proven experience managing Go-To-Market, business transformation, product launch, or strategic change initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels without direct authority.
  • Experience operating within highly regulated environments such as fintech, financial services, data, risk, compliance, or technology.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders with competing priorities across large matrix organisations.
  • Excellent communication skills, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
  • Strong project governance, risk management, and planning expertise.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance project delivery and productivity.
  • A proactive, adaptable individual who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and can quickly build credibility across diverse stakeholder groups.

Extra details:

  • Fully remote working within the UK
  • Access to offices in London or Cardiff if preferred
  • 35-hour working week
  • Initial contract running through to June 2027
  • Opportunity to work on strategically important, high-profile programmes
  • One-stage interview process with the hiring manager
  • Immediate start available
