Position: High-Intensity CBT Team Lead (BABCP) – Hybrid Role

Pulse in the United Kingdom is seeking a High Intensity CBT Team Leader to lead a Talking Therapies service. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload and inspire their team to meet targets, promoting evidence-based psychological therapies in a collaborative environment.

Essential experience in supervising therapists is required, and while BABCP accreditation is mandatory, additional supervision training is desirable. This hybrid position involves working 3 days on-site and 2 days from home.
