Home Group is looking for a Senior Housing Manager to join their income collection team, primarily home-based but covering Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Essex, and Bedfordshire. This role is key in guiding a variety of income-related activities and working collaboratively on campaigns to reduce arrears.
The ideal candidate will have housing management experience, strong analytical skills, and a passion for excellent customer service. An Enhanced DBS check is required, and you will need a car for travel.
Benefit from a salary of £37,394, 34 days leave rising to 39, and family-friendly policies.
