British Rowing is seeking an Active Row Programme Manager to lead the Active Row programme in the Thames Valley area, engaging young people from diverse backgrounds in rowing. This full-time position based in Reading involves managing relationships with local schools and organizations and coordinating a team of staff and volunteers.
The role requires a passion for inclusion and experience in coaching, with opportunities for personal development and growth within the organization.
Full-time role with Monday to Friday schedule and some evening and weekend work required.
