Key Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day operational and commercial management of the Small Works division.
- Drive profitability, revenue growth and commercial performance.
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of Project Managers.
- Oversee forecasting, CVRs, cash flow, cost control and financial reporting.
- Manage NEC/JCT contracts, commercial risk and project governance.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and supply chain partners.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities and improving operational performance.
- Significant leadership experience within the construction industry.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L responsibility.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent construction projects.
- Excellent understanding of NEC and/or JCT contracts.
- Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A structured, commercially driven approach with the ambition to help grow a successful business.
- Degree in Construction, Engineering or a related discipline.
- CIOB or RICS membership (or working towards).
- Company vehicle or £6,000+ car allowance
