About the role
HiBob is a software company that helps businesses manage their most valuable asset—people. The Sales Engineering Manager for UK Enterprise will lead a team of Sales Engineers in London, building the company’s presence across the UK and Ireland.
What you'll do- Lead and develop a high‑performing Sales Engineering team.
- Partner with sales leadership to drive growth and align strategy.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, services, and engineering for field feedback.
- Recruit and onboard Sales Engineering talent.
- Ensure impactful product demos and technical discovery.
- Escalate support for complex opportunities and move deals forward.
- Design enablement initiatives to strengthen product knowledge.
- Champion a collaborative, inclusive team culture.
- Proven experience leading and developing Sales Engineering or pre‑sales teams in a SaaS environment.
- Strong track record of hiring, coaching, and scaling high‑performing teams.
- Experience supporting enterprise cycles, ideally across the UK & Ireland.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering cross‑functionally.
- A people‑first leadership approach, focusing on development, engagement, and performance.
- Excellent communication skills, translating technical concepts into business value.
- Experience with HR SaaS technology.
