OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a capable Manager to oversee utility arboriculture operations across South Wales. You will lead line clearance supervisors, plan work, and ensure safety, compliance and efficient delivery while supporting service managers. This role is home-based with site visits across the region.
This position requires UA5 or equivalent training, IOSH, and strong MS Word/Excel skills. You will develop teams, manage performance and build customer relationships.
